RANDY A. BERG
Mr. Berg received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, with honors, in 1981,
and his Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola Law School in 1984, where he authored several articles for the Loyola
Law Journal. Mr. Berg served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Lawrence Waddington and the Hon. Irving Shimer
of the Los Angeles Superior Court. Prior to joining Gittler & Bradford, Mr. Berg was with the firms of Lavely
& Singer and Schell & Delamer. Mr. Berg's practice includes complex business litigation. He is a member
of the American Bar Association, and is admitted before the California State Bar and United States District Court,
Central District.
